You can use templates to create pre-defined list of checklist and allocate them to tasks, so checklists will be added to task automatically when tasks are created.

- You have not started recurring tasks and forget to create task for a client.
- You deleted a task afterwards.
- A new client is onboarded after creating a task for all clients.
And if task is not present in system, then not visible in any report. So this task will be lost.

Create Task Automatically and Allocate Automatically to Desired Users
Tasks are created automatically on the date you selected and allocated to users you selected for each client.
- Create Task Automatically
- Just select date on which you want to create each task. For example, if you want all GSTR-1(Monthly) tasks to be created on 7th of every month, just select 7th and system will create tasks for all GSTR-1(Monthly) GSTINs on 7th of every month.
- All things considered
- System will also consider the QRMP selection, registration date, cancellation date, registration type (regular or composition) etc. while creating tasks. For example - Task for June 2024 will not be created for GSTIN which is cancelled in May 2024.

Avoid Confusion
Duplicate Tasks Will Not Be a Problem
Inbuilt mechanism to avoid duplicate tasks. Tasks which have same client for same return for same period will not be created.
