Finexo vs Turia: how the two compare for CA & tax firms

Finexo and Turia are both Indian practice-management platforms for CA, CS and tax firms, but they make different bets. Finexo uses flat annual team plans (from ₹5,999/year for 10 users) and bundles India-specific GST/ITR/TDS automation into every plan. Turia charges per user per month, leans into sales and lead management, and prices government-portal notice sync as a separate metered add-on. Turia tends to be cheaper for a solo user; Finexo is cheaper once you have a team.

Three differences that actually matter

Most of the feature lists overlap. These are the three places where Finexo and Turia genuinely diverge — and where your decision will probably be made.

Flat team pricing vs per-user

Finexo charges one flat annual price per plan — ₹5,999 for up to 10 users, up to ₹24,999 for 60. Turia charges per user per month. The two cross over fast: Turia is cheaper for a single user, Finexo is cheaper the moment you have a team.

Compliance included vs metered add-on

Finexo's GST/ITR/TDS task automation is built into every plan. Turia tracks compliance in-plan, but auto-fetching notices from the GST/TDS/IT/MCA portals is a separate add-on metered by sync credits (from ₹2,500).

Practice depth vs sales breadth

Finexo goes deep on running an established book of clients — compliance, registers, billing, companion accounting via Finexo Books. Turia adds a sales layer Finexo doesn't: lead pipeline, lead scoring and follow-up nudges.

What does each cost for a team of your size?

This is the comparison that usually decides it. Finexo's price is a flat annual plan; Turia's is its published per-user annual rate (₹1,200/user on Starter, ₹2,400/user on Growth) multiplied by your seat count. Because Finexo bundles WhatsApp/SMS/email reminders and automation in-plan, the closest like-for-like Turia tier is usually Growth — and you'd add Turia's compliance add-on (from ₹2,500) on top if you need portal notice sync.

Team sizeFinexo (flat / year)Turia Starter / yearTuria Growth / year
1 user (solo)No 1-user plan — entry plan covers 10₹5,999₹1,200₹2,400
10 usersPremium₹5,999₹12,000₹24,000
20 usersEnterprise₹9,999₹24,000₹48,000
40 usersEnterprise 750₹15,999₹48,000₹96,000
60 usersEnterprise 1000₹24,999₹72,000₹1,44,000

Finexo prices exclude 18% GST and are from finexo.in. Turia figures use the per-user annual list price published on turia.in/pricing (14 June 2026); Turia's pricing page does not state whether GST is extra. Turia advertises its annual plans as “14 months for the price of 12,” so the effective monthly rate it shows (₹86/₹171) is lower than the simple annual division used here.

“Not documented (14 Jun 2026)” means we could not find the capability on turia.in's public pages on that date — it may still exist. Finexo facts are from finexo.in and the Finexo product; Turia facts are from turia.in and turia.in/pricing, rendered and read 14 June 2026.

When Turia is the better fit

  • Solo practitioners and very small teams who want to pay only for active users — Turia's Starter is ₹1,200/user/year.
  • Firms where winning clients matters as much as servicing them — Turia ships a real lead pipeline, lead scoring and follow-up nudges; Finexo does not position itself as a CRM.
  • Teams that want agile sprint planning and geo-tagged attendance out of the box.

Where Finexo pulls ahead

  • Lower, predictable cost for teams — one flat annual price for 10–60 users, with no per-seat multiplication as you grow.
  • India-specific compliance automation included, not metered — GST/ITR/TDS tasks are auto-created from each client's QRMP choice, registration type and registration date.
  • Multi-firm dashboards, a digital in/out register for physical files, and integrated accounting via Finexo Books.
  • An established platform — 4.9/5 across 77+ Google reviews, 1,500+ CA firms and 99.9% uptime.

How we put this comparison together

We rendered and read Turia's public marketing and pricing pages on 14 June 2026, and sourced every Finexo claim from finexo.in and the product itself. We've tried to be even-handed — including being upfront about what Finexo doesn't offer (UDIN, a native mobile app, a sales CRM) and where Turia is genuinely stronger. Prices and features change; if you spot something that has moved, the dated cells above tell you exactly when we last checked.

Frequently asked questions

Is Finexo or Turia cheaper for a CA firm?

It depends entirely on team size, because the two price differently. Turia charges per user per month (₹1,200/user/year on Starter, ₹2,400/user/year on Growth, as published 14 June 2026). Finexo charges a flat annual price per plan: ₹5,999 for up to 10 users, up to ₹24,999 for 60. So a solo practitioner pays less on Turia (₹1,200 vs Finexo's 10-user entry plan), but the moment you have a team, Finexo's flat pricing is far lower — at 20 users it's ₹9,999 vs roughly ₹24,000–₹48,000 on Turia depending on tier. Finexo prices exclude 18% GST; Turia's pricing page does not state its tax treatment.

Does Turia include GST/ITR/TDS compliance, or is it an add-on?

Turia tracks GST, TDS, IT and MCA compliance inside its plans, but auto-fetching and syncing notices from the government portals is a separately-priced add-on, metered by sync credits (from ₹2,500 for 5,000 credits, ₹0.50 per sync, as of 14 June 2026). Finexo includes its GST/ITR/TDS task automation — which auto-creates each client's deadlines based on QRMP selection, registration type and registration date — in every plan, with no per-sync metering.

Which has better lead and CRM features, Finexo or Turia?

Turia. It ships a genuine sales layer — pipeline automation, lead scoring and follow-up nudges that turn WhatsApp or email threads into tracked leads. Finexo is built for post-engagement practice management (compliance, tasks, billing and client communication) rather than winning new business, and does not position itself as a CRM. If converting prospects is a core need, Turia is the stronger fit on that axis.

How does Turia's per-user pricing add up at 10, 20 or 40 users?

On Turia's published annual rates (14 June 2026), Starter works out to ₹1,200 per user per year and Growth to ₹2,400. So 10 users is about ₹12,000–₹24,000/year, 20 users about ₹24,000–₹48,000, and 40 users about ₹48,000–₹96,000. Finexo's equivalent flat plans are ₹5,999 (10 users), ₹9,999 (20 users) and ₹15,999 (40 users). Because Finexo bundles WhatsApp/SMS/email reminders and automation in-plan, the fair like-for-like Turia tier is usually Growth, plus the compliance add-on if you need portal sync.

Does Finexo or Turia have a mobile app or UDIN generation?

Neither capability is documented on Turia's public pages as of 14 June 2026, and Finexo does not currently offer native iOS/Android apps or UDIN generation either. If a native mobile app or UDIN is a must-have today, you should confirm availability directly with each vendor before deciding.

Which is the more established platform?

By each vendor's own published figures (14 June 2026), Finexo cites 1,500+ CA firms and 4 lakh+ clients on the platform with 99.9% uptime and a 4.9/5 rating across 77+ Google reviews, while Turia cites 100s of CA and CS firms and 1,200+ users managing 31,000+ clients. Both are India-built; Finexo is the larger deployment on the numbers each publishes.

When is Turia the better choice over Finexo?

Turia is the better fit for solo and very small firms that want to pay per active user, for practices where winning and tracking new clients (CRM/pipeline) matters as much as servicing them, and for teams that like agile sprint planning and geo-tagged attendance. Finexo is the better fit for established teams that want lower flat pricing at scale and India-specific compliance automation included rather than metered.
