How Finexo PMS pricing works
One price for the whole firm, not per user
Finexo PMS is billed as a flat annual fee for the firm. Adding an article, a junior clerk or a second partner does not change what you pay, up to the user limit on your plan. This matters most during filing season, when firms bring on temporary staff: seats can be created and retired freely without a mid-year invoice.
Every feature is on every plan
There is no feature gating between tiers. A firm on the ₹5,999 Premium plan gets the same product as a firm on the ₹24,999 Enterprise 1000 plan, including:

Which plan should your firm choose?
Pick the plan by your GST client count — that is the limit firms hit first. Total clients and users are set generously above it on every tier.
- Up to 250 GST clients: Premium, ₹5,999/year. Suits solo practitioners and firms of up to ten people.
- 250–500 GST clients: Enterprise, ₹9,999/year. The most common choice for established firms with a filing team.
- 500–750 GST clients: Enterprise 750, ₹15,999/year, with 30 users.
- 750–1,000 GST clients: Enterprise 1000, ₹24,999/year, with 60 users.
- Over 1,000 GST clients: contact us for a custom plan.
If your firm is between tiers, start lower. Upgrading is prorated against the time left on your term, so there is no penalty for guessing conservatively and moving up mid-year.
What is not included
Finexo PMS does not file returns for you — it tracks what is due and records proof of filing, while the filing itself happens on the government portal. It also does not maintain books of account; for that, firms use Finexo Books or their existing accounting software. Prices exclude 18% GST.
